It is entirely up to you to interact with Service Professionals into a direct contract or otherwise reach agreement with a Service Professional. RenosConnection does not guarantee or warrant Service Professionals performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the Services performed. The Service Professionals are not employees, agents or consultants or RenosConnection nor is RenosConnection an agent of the Service Professionals. RenosConnection is not responsible for, and does not perform any of the services, jobs or tasks requested by you in your request to Service Professionals. Your rights, responsibilities and counterparties rights and responsibilities under contracts you enter into with Service Professionals are governed and controlled by the terms of such contracts and by applicable federal, provincial and local laws. In case of any dispute with any Service Professional, you must address such dispute with the Service Professional directly.
RenosConnection does not warrant that the actions contained on this site will meet the Service Professionals requirement or that the operation of the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will RenosConnection be liable to the Service Professional or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this site, even if RenosConnection has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Terms, Termination, Changes and Cancellation
These terms shall be effective for as long as you use the services. Either you or RenosConnection may terminate these terms with or without cause, upon thirty(30) days notice to the other party. RenosConnection may terminate services or your membership immediately if, based on RenosConnection sole judgement, it determines you have:
1) breached Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions
2) infringed or violated any intellectual property of RenosGroup
3) infringed or violated any intellectual property right or privacy or publicity right of a third party
The termination of your membership shall terminate your access to the services. Neither RenosConnection nor any RenosConnection Affiliate shall be liable to you or to any third party for termination of the services for any reason. The termination of your subscription does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any fees or payable for use of the services prior to the effective date of termination of your agreement.
You may cancel your RenosConnection subscription at any time by contacting RenosConnection via email at info@renosconnection.com If you cancel your purchase within the first 30 days after your subscription start date, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price. No other refund or partial refund will be made after 30 days.
Price Increases
The price of the services shall be as shown on our website at the date of the acceptance of the order. However, RenosConnection reserves the right to make changes to the pricing for any of its services by sending an email or other notification of such changes to its suscribers. If any proposed change is not acceptable, then the suscribers may terminate the service at any time before the changes take effect by providing written notice of such termination to RenosConnection.
Ratings & Reviews
RenosConnection collects ratings and reviews about the performance of Service Professionals. If you are a Service Professional in our system, you acknowledge that all such ratings and reviews are solely owned by RenosConnection and you consent to the publication of ratings and reviews about you and your business.
The contributer hereby acknowledges and warrants that all of the information contained in any ratings and reviews submitted will be factually accurate.
Once a rating or review is submitted to RenosConnection for publication, it becomes the property of RenosConnection and the contributer and Service Professional agree to assign all rights, title and interest in the content of a review to RenosConnection.
RenosConnection reserves the right to monitor ratings and reviews and edit submissions by contributers to ensure compliance with these terms of use and any applicable laws. RenosConnection further reserves the right to paraphrase or otherwise edit ratings and reviews.
Under no circumstance will RenosConnection be liable in any way for any material and content, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any material and content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of or reliance upon the material and content published in a rating and review.
